On Thursday, the House passed a bill that would allow the president to wipe out any nonprofit organizations he opposes with the flick of a pen. He had bipartisan support.

So republicans running as democrats to snag people who toe the party line. Damn, wish we could get some people to pretend to be fucking insane and then flip left

No, Dems just love to play the center and vote for this kind of bullshit all the fucking time.

As a group they are not as terrible as Republicans, but they voted overwhelmingly for the Patriot Act and mot other shitty legislation too.

How are these people Republicans running as Democrats? All of those districts that I know have had Republican challengers fielded.

Sure. Standout names on the list for me are Henry Cuellar, a corrupt anti-choice NRA stooge that the party propped up when he was primaried by a progressive, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz, head of the DNC during the 2016 Clinton campaign.

The sort of people who fight progressives and not Republicans.

Couldn’t agree more. When push comes to shove, the democratic establishment will prioritize defeating the left above all else.
