People generally don’t faint in these kinds of numbers, and at a venue or event like this, the most common cause is generally dehydration and heat exposure/exhaustion.

The most rational cause is that the someone turned off the aircon, or changed its setpoints to be warm enough to cause problems.

These venues aren’t constantly having these problems and the common denominator is that they’re at a trump rally.

Given that it’s extremely unlikely for the venue to do it on their own- for any reason- we can deduce that it was most likely at an intentional request by the trump campaign.

Now, this is all pure internet conjecture, don’t beget me wrong. But even if all the venues have issues with their hvac for whatever reason… then the simple remedy is to provide water.

    So.

We can also say they’re fainting because trump is too cheap to provide inexpensive water. (We all know he’s selling Trump-branded tap water for ridiculous prices.)

Are they? Has fainting happened at other venues?

Why would they do that intentionally?

I’m not trying to be combative, but my sceptic spidey sense is tingling. This feels a bit conspiratorial.

e: I can get behind the water thing, but my gut leans towards his followers being hysterical fanatics.

Hysterical fanatics happen at virtually every major event. The most common cause of fainting is heat exposure and dehydration- and usually that goes hand in hand, not raging fantastism. (Although in many evangelical churches, it’s frequently confused for spiritual things…)

Further, these issues aren’t happening with other big events at these facilities.

Indoor venues have very good hvac systems, unless they’re positively ancient venues. But most of those have been revamped or torn down, and none of these are those kinds of places.

They know this is an issue and they generally take steps to stop it- cooling, and providing access to water are more than enough. You might get a few people collapsing because they’re stubborn and don’t want to get water or something, or because there’s a massive heat wave, but again, generally, those situations are known and easily dealt with.

One possible explanation is that trump rallies are planned on short notice and it takes forever to get the buildings cooled if havac was off.

But again, these conditions are known and easy to accommodate by simply providing water

TL/DR: whatever the physical cause, trump’s campaign is intentionally and knowingly not dealing with conditions. Trump himself has a long history of those sort of negligence- most notably, killing over a million Americans. Ultimately, the real cause is trump is an asshole that doesn’t mind if his own voters cark it, so long as they donate to his grift.
