Problem is that folks at Steam have already seen the reviews and they know what they’re getting into.
I’m not a Star Wars fan and this game has no redeeming quality for me to get it because it’s pretty mid gameplay wise too, but I feel like Star Wars fans would bite no? I think dragon ball z kakarot is mid, but I just love db so much that I bought and played the game anyway.
Maybe I’m missing something, but what does Steam care? All it is is another game they’ll get some additional revenue on. It’s not like they’re betting the farm on it.
I think OP meant Steam users have already seen the reviews, so the bigger market probably isn’t going to cause as big of a sales boost as Ubi was hoping.
Ah that makes sense i read “at Steam” as the company, not “at Steam” as users who use the platform.
I don’t buy Ubi games anymore. I am also a bit Star War’s out.
Edit: spelling
Agree, also the franchise fatigue is strong with this one.
Poor 108. I feel for you and all poor souls OD’ing on Disney sequels recovering in the Star Ward

The force is about to be with you.
Say “no” to Ubislop! You’ll be happy you did :)
I’m “soft boycotting” Ubisoft. By which I mean they haven’t made a game I’m willing to buy in years…
i took ubis advice.
i am now very comfortable with not owning ubisoft games 😂I loved Steep, so when Rider’s Republic joined GamePass I installed it immediately. Once I saw the interface, the monetization and how almost everything was paywalled, I uninstalled. Not even getting their shit for free makes it a good experience.
I haven’t bought a Ubisoft game since the division. And even then I regret getting that.
It’s not erectile disfunction, it’s just softer than expected.
All that money to pay streamers to hype it up didn’t work?! Who would’ve known?
