You couldn’t pay me to eat dairy products again. My class went on a trip to a dairy farm about 15 years ago, they actually had us milk the cows ourselves. Sickening.
Same, not only did it make me consistently sick for most of my life but I also have ptsd flashbacks of seeing the production of it. I just wish I stopped sooner!
