Right now, as I understand, there is no NSFW option on Jerboa app and all posts sent as non-NSFW. I found a part of the code that may change that to flag NSFW by default. I patched it and want to test it but I don’t have an Android phone.
I just want someone to upload an image to staging.lemmynsfw.com and we’ll see if it has NSFW tag before and after update.
I raised an issue on GitHub to address the missing option to flag posts as NSFW.
Apparently there’s already someone working on a fix so you all may get a solution in the next days.

Cheers! 👋
Ok cool, thanks. But I will still save nsfw as true if not supplied because other clients could have issues too.
I’m really curious: If I understand communities correctly you can flag a community as NSFW so all posts made there are automatically flagged NSFW?
Is this something you can enforce instance wide or do you really have to "hack"your server to enforce the NSFW flag?
This feels like hell as soon as you try to update your server.
I can force any post to be NSFW flagged on server but not all posts are needed NSFW flagged. This is why I want to flag NSFW by default but optionally not to.
Also yes, instances has NSFW flags too but as I understand, clients doesn’t use them.
Clicking the link crashes the app on Android (Pixel 7)
It was wrong url, fixed it now
I can’t get to staging through the app, only through browser.
Interesting… there is not much difference between the instances tho.
Same issue as rainbow_spit, tapping you link asks what browser I want to use
Maybe I’m just doing something wrong, but I can’t seem to access staging in app through the link, or by searching it out.
There is a manual login option in Mlem app. Is there something like this on Jerboa?
There’s this,
But when I try to access the link it only opens up in web browser.
Can’t you click to instance and write the address there manually? Also @Cheradenine@sh.itjust.works
