Trying to grow yuzu, would you mind your ponzu recipe?
- 1 part soy sauce
- 1/2 part freshly squeezed citrus (yuzu or lemon+orange)
- 1/4 part sake
- 1/4 part mirin
- Small amount of grated garlic and ginger
- Rice vinegar to taste
Thank you, yuzu almost did not make it over winter inside house. It will take some time, but I will try with store bought yuzu extract and some lemon.
