Yeah, I’m not saying that Peru isn’t also known for their coffee, but I’d say that Columbia is better known for it, and if you’re gonna make a character that represents a thing (in this case coffee) they should be from the place best known for it, right? Like you wouldn’t make a character all about chocolate and make them from France; you’d more likely make them from Swiss or Belgium.
And yeah, you are right about the mid-game characterization, something I never really liked about a lot of fighting games. Doesn’t make it terrible or anything mind you, it’s just that there are better ways of doing it.
