An Oregon couple breaks down how they turned their home into a bunk-bed Airbnb that brings in up to $7,000 a month and has hosted 1,300 guests from around the world
I still don’t understand why the hotel industry hasn’t brought suit against AirBNB and the like. If you’re not living in the home you are “short term” renting, then it’s a hotel. And hotels are subject to taxes and zoning laws that homes aren’t.
