Nah. Been using ultra.cc for years and I have no issues. They torrent it then I stream Plex from them.

No. The torrenting is happening on their servers, not yours.

However if you’re still running torrent clients locally on your own internet/computer/laptop/whatever then yeah you may want a VPN for that. But that’s for torrenting you’re doing outside of your seedbox service.

If your seedbox is local, then yes to hide from your ISP. From an offsite one, probably not.
