    *thy

    It’s confusing because thine has two uses. One is as an adjective (as in “The enemies are thine”) and the other is as a pronoun, but only before a word that starts with a vowel sound, so it would be “thine enemies” but “thy cheek”. In that case, thy/thine works just like a/an.
