He consistently surprises me on how big a piece of shit he is. He could have just said it was because it was a better business environment but he had to go the shitty route and blame trans people.

Lol Texas is currently dealing with armed mobs threatening the repair workers trying to turn power on for their shitty grid that breaks twice a year.

      Better business environment lmao.

Short sighted greed isn’t better for anyone, including the greedy.

Essentially lower taxes and politicians who are easier to bribe. Considering that Musk is also CEO of a company with big battery production and another one that does some solar panel production, I’m not sure a shitty power grid would be too much of an issue for SpaceX.

… Right, but the armed mobs are an example of how unimpeded greed has unintended and unpredictable consequences.

Chaos is not a better business environment. It’s just not.

Businesses need infrastructure and stability and regulation to thrive.

Republicans are just fuckin stupid and greedy. It’s not a system that actually works. For anyone in the long term.

Alternate title: “Billionaire that doesn’t contribute anything to the local community threatens to go away”

It’s the same as people saying we shouldn’t raise taxes for the ultra rich because they will go away, as if they didn’t benefit from the tax paid services for free

I know, also Grimes dating Chelsea Manning right after they broke up (I feel bad Chelsea Manning got involved in anyone this, she is too good for these people)

He’s just so creepy and weird about it though.

Is he going to see his kid’s genitals? No, right? So why does it matter? Why do the genitals of students matter to him?

Have you considered the comment not being serious but highlighting the absurdity of antitrans folks being so incredibly focused on young peoples genitals while decrying others as perverted for wearing clothes that differ from their own?

Even if he is closeted, you should still respect his pronouns. It’s still bigotry when you do it, just like when any transphobe does it.

I agree that we should use people’s preferred pronouns. I know it’s difficult to use neopronouns but it’s so seldom an issue let’s just get on with life.

Elon has protested being identified as a cisgender male, and declared that ‘prosecute/Fauci’ should be used.

Prosecute has also mentioned that prosecute doesn’t really like people making a big deal about pronouns so let’s just move on.

Honestly I’d be happy to examine my behavior, because my support for the trans community is real. I don’t think I’m on trial but if you want me to provide evidence I can.

I don’t agree with the strategy of the previous poster which was to intentionally mislabel Elon. But I think it is appropriate to ironically adopt someone’s insincerely adopted pronouns. That said, I’d be happy to read an explanation of why this is a bad strategy.

              Cheers.

In general, I don’t think it’s “not transphobic” to use transphobic rhetoric. So that includes using fake pronouns including neopronouns and/or misgendering people.

I believe that if the people that maliciously adopt fake pronouns had to deal with people actually using the fake pronouns they would clarify and retract their transphobic fake pronouns.

I hope this move bleeds talent and destroys both companies. I mean, I get that X already probably lost everyone who could get a different job (making people on visas hostages) but this should empty out the last of those who have the ability to leave and haven’t done so already.
