Lamictal has been a godsend for stability. Just upped to 150 today. Surprised they kept you on Wellbutrin; they took me off it for thinking it was causing me mania… I didn’t think it was; I wish I could go back on Wellbutrin and drop my lexapro.

My disorder is very depression heavy. My differential diagnosis is actually MDD vs bipolar (as well as potential BPD or OCD), they aren’t quite sure by observation. The only solid diagnosis thus far is ADHD. They figured Wellbutrin might help kill two birds with one stone (depression and inattentiveness).

They’re still cautious about prescribing me stims though as they carry a risk of mania induction and don’t want to chance it.

I’m also ADHD and BP. Currently on Depakote, Sertraline, Vraylar and Vyvanse. The right med combo is doing wonders for me. I hope you find yours.

I have heard positive things about Vyvanse. My psychiatrist is wary of prescribing stimulants due to my bipolar diagnosis.

Used to take Adderall as a kid, was pretty effective for ADHD but totally destroyed my already low appetite

Apple Health. I find it incredibly useful for several things as I have a Watch that is passively tracking vitals and activity at all times, but the medication logging and reminders is particularly useful.
