Donald Trump has returned to the campaign trail with a trip to Arizona, his first appearance in a battleground state since he was convicted in a hush money scandal.

That’s not how appeals courts work. EDIT: Except in New York State. Please refer to this comment for more details.

Appeals courts only address matters of law, not matters of fact. There would need to have been a legal error in the process of the first trial so large that it would have impacted the jury’s decision. In the best case for Trump, the appeals court would find that, and then send the case back to be retried (though depending on the error identified, the prosecution can choose whether to retry the case or not).

Appeals courts don’t just say “No, we decided you’re innocent! OVERTURNED!” and we know this because of Trumps previous appeal attempts on other shit.

Rally at a megaCHURCH? I was under the impression that if they accepted payment for space rental, that breaks their tax-exempt status. If they simply allowed a political rally, same problem. Hmmm…

I know that. It was one of the worst marketing decisions of all time.
Twitter still had some of that “instant, independent news from people on the ground” image left.
x.com sounds like a porn site that spreads malware.

Trump has the makings of a great meme template.

Batshit crazy demand #1 - “or we’re not going to have a country anymore!”

Batshit crazy demand #2 - “or we’re not going to have a country anymore!”

Is anywhere else sick of Convicted Felon and Sex Offender Treason Trump saying “rigged” every time he loses a court case or election? Loser Trump loses at golf? “Rigged”.

This unamerican neofascist slanders our great country and attacks America’s longstanding core values of democracy and the rule of law every f*cking time he loses. And being such a huge loser and criminal he loses a lot. What a sick and twisted piece of shit.
