I would just filter to your subscribed content and not join instances with content like that. You’re probably never going to escape bikini-clad women if you’re filtering by all communities.
That’s the goal, yeah. Just using ‘all’ a lot right now to find active communities to subscribe to.

If you are on android you can also use connect for lemmy, where you can block entire instances. Since most porn I have see has been only on one![instance]()
this should make it a lot easier for you.
When I was on .ml there wasn’t really any porn at all. When I moved to .one it was like a golden shower of porn. Think I’ve blocked like 30 subs so far.
