Bread roll
Barm cake
Cob
Bun
Bap

Okay, well then I’m not sure what the issue is. The person is holding up a hamburger and the outside of the hamburger is the bun or the muffin or whatever.

North Manchester myself and we would call it a muffin. I know a muffin in North America would be a small cake kinda thing.
