When I wrote the comment, I had a specific person in mind who dressed like that - a white kid from a middle class family in rural Wisconsin who pretended to be a black rapper from the ghetto. Even to the point of using the n-word towards other white kids in school.
This fit tries to start a rap battle with the black Walmart cashiers during lunch break.
