Usually I don’t post sale less than 30% but it’s Persona 3.

It’s shocking to see an 18 year old game that doesn’t even have all the content from the FES and PSP versions available for $70 a copy. I’d consider $50 to be a fair full price for it. Given that it’s doing great in Steam reviews I seem to be in the minority on this however.

Even without the extra content. The gameplay is the best persona has been in my opinion. The speed of 5’s battle ui without the talking mechanics to get personas, and the baton pass is just a basic mechanic not requiring social links to unlock. Also I’ve always preferred actual shadow enemies over shadows that are just differing versions of personas. The quality of life improvements are better than portables too.

That being said, the answer should’ve been in the game by default. But i imagine considering its release date, they may have not known whether or not the game would be popular enough to warrant it. But that’s just the devil’s advocate in me speaking. But I think it holds some weight since they scummilly rereleased portable not long before the announcement of the remake even though they clearly knew at the time that they were doing it. And that release timing got some people in a tiffy and rightly so. And at one point they probably thought they had self sabotaged the sales of the remake.

They being said, that should have been a reason to go above and beyond for the remake. But they didn’t go fully down that route.
