I’m not sure how to feel about the Ghoul. Wanna root for him because we know what he lost, but then he kills the dog… Oh wait, dog isnt dead, and he heals it. So he is a good guy? He just murdered a bunch of people for absolutely no reason though… What the fuck is his deal? I mean, besides being a ghoul and his daughter probably being dead and his wife possibly being the very reason for the end of the world?
I’ll take the ghoul over maximus…dude is just brain dead. Like eats crayons brain dead…the show is good, on episode 5 right now, but holy shit do i just cringe every time he is on screen.
You’re not wrong, but like… The dude was already a random wasteland kid when he was picked up by the Brotherhood. Can’t really blame him for being a dumbass when he had pretty much no education other than “technology bad. Mutants bad.”
Why ? I know dude’s not the brightest but i think maximus is much much younger than the ghoul and still sees himself as a good person so i guess his actions are justified .
My read is that each of them represents a different fallout game. Coop is FNV because he’s a cowboy, and because he’s travelling across the wasteland for a rare McGuffin. Lucy is FO3 and FO4 because she’s a vault dweller hunting her family and their mysteries. I feel like that leaves Max representing either the earlier Fallout games or 76, but I don’t know them well enough to know if that fits. (Or maybe he represents that one BoS game)
The dudes that opened his coffin literally giving him a job? And plenty of people in Filly he shot didn’t even have weapons! He was gonna shoot Lucy until Aspirin (they said Aspirin and not Aspirant right? I’m gonna keep calling him Aspirin because it’s funnier) jumped in.

That’s fair, if he grew up in the BoS base and didn’t get any real education.
Have you ever played a fallout game with low intelligence? Lol
Lol this is fair, i honestly have not, i always kept my int. Above drooling levels

He’s definitely the protagonist. Lucy is the Player Character.
Lucy’s also a protagonist. The 3 of them make an ensemble cast, I’m pretty sure. Like in game of thrones, for example.

What is this even from?
I was pretty out of touch when I was a teenager. Now that I’m even more out of touch as a 30-something I’m…okay with that.
I actually don’t recall him killing anyone without reason?
Are you referring to all the people who drew on him in Filly after they were promised caps to kill him?
I think they’re confusing without reason with without compunction.
