And basically just admitted this poor dude is going to be randomly harassed and attacked as long as he’d in their area.
Seems indeed an accident where everyone involved is a victim. That said, what was the police doing in plain cloth? If anyone is in this situation, how would they have reacted?
Which is why it’s so ridiculous that this poor guy was even prosecuted.
