The premise is kind of fun, but they didn’t really do anything interesting with it. We focus on our main character, but he doesn’t seem to have any real personality traits nor does he seem to have even a short-term goal for what to do next; it seems like he’s just doing whatever he feels like the next thing on a video game checklist would be. Also, the low budget definitely shows at points, though most of the time it looks fine.
Overall, I don’t really see anything in this anime’s favor. 2/5
