Make a local change, inspire others in other places to do the same and together you can force change everywhere.

Also arm up. There are 800k cops in the US that’s only 1 cop for every 320 US adults. Communities should organize and stand up against these tyrants with force if diplomacy doesn’t work.
Can’t say I agree with going in that direction. But if the collective community considers it to be an absolute necessity in their situation, I won’t say i know any better.
