I would try pinching them first to see if it helps but I think most people just go to a piercer. I was thinking about having the spot marked by an acupuncturist then going to a piercer but haven’t got round to it.
Yeah, I should see if I can find an acupuncturist here. There are probably meds I should be on, but the ones they prescribed me at the regular clinic didn’t work, and I can’t afford to keep going back.
