For 240x320 always choose the k800i varient ( best graphics and audio quality and best compatibility ) or if not available choose any Nokia varient ( acceptable quality and excellent compatibility ), the other varients aren’t great and will likely lag or sound and look horrible. A rule of thumb is that the bigger the file size the better, most of the times. For tactile games use any 360x640 varient.
Where did you get all the games? This sounds interesting, I’ve never really considered those old flip phone games but it might be fun
