Ah yes, me a girl, being creepy by keeping an eye on other girls… Okay.

Going on that, when I see others in situations that would make me feel uncomfortable, of course I’m going to keep an eye out so that nothing happens, it’s part of the girl code, and you making it weird is weird and shows where your head is…

The ratio on your comment is unexpected. If you notice someone vulnerable, are you just supposed to look the other way so you won’t notice if something happens?

I know like, if I see a child walking around without a parent, I keep an eye on them until I see that they have someone with them. But I guess these people would say that makes me a pedo or something.

Is it unexpected? If they were a guy then the comment is much creepier than for a girl. Which is what I incorrectly assumed and I guess lots of others did too.

So many girls have to deal with people leering whenever they’re out and about, seems more likely that some random who keeps glancing over would be one of those (even if your intentions were well meaning). The issue is really about deciding someone is vulnerable I guess, if they’re bleeding out in a deserted alley then obviously help, but if they’re enjoying a night out and haven’t asked for help then leave them to it.

Yeah fair enough mate. I made an incorrect assumption that you were a guy, and there are so many unaware guys thinking they’re white knights but are actually just leering, it’s more likely they’ll make someone feel unsafe than safe.

        My bad, sorry! Genuine misunderstanding.
