Tek Syndicate surprisingly came out with one of the best takes I’ve seen on this situation. This could be a real damaging moment for LTT, but getting an employee union could address the criticism perfectly.
They’re good, old techtuber. Used to be a really big company until one of the guys they hired to help expand just fucked up everything. Very well informed but he’s still an entertainer
They took a fat L. I like the guys that are still around because they’re very open about why they fell from grace and take accountability for it. Even talk about how a business owner inherently has different interests than the employees, and Linus cannot effectively advocate for his employees because of this. He pretty much said that if TS had unionized when they were being shitty to employees and hired toxic people, they’d probably have a much bigger and better channel now. They actually improved after their fall, so I can only hate them so much. They proudly eat the consequences of past shitty behavior and try to stop it from happening again, that’s far better than most YouTubers
