9 by 13 pan Crust: 1 3/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
Bake crust 10 minutes at 350 F. Reserve part for top.
Filling:
2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp cornstarch
Cook until thick and clear. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
