Really? A group with fascist tendencies that’s being whipped up by money-grubbing grifters is prone to acts of violence against a marginalized group?
Why, I’m shocked. That has never happened before.
Oh, sounds like a terrorist group. Arrest and charge them as terrorists.
A former University of Waterloo student accused of attacking a gender-studies class with a knife last summer — sending an associate professor and two students to hospital — now faces 11 terrorism charges.

11 terrorism charges sounds like multiple life sentences to me.
Or approx. 6 months in the Canadian “justice” system. /s 😒
Why do I have a feeling he’s going to get 20 years, and you will still pretend he’s only getting a couple months.
In case everyone missed it, I did tag my comment as sarcasm… 🙄

Anything that has to deal wIth the far-right should be a cause of concern.
I’m surprised by this.
Not that the group poses a threat, but that CSIS both bothered to investigate and published this finding.
I lost a lot of faith in them based on their actions during the convoy, and through the grapevine I’ve heard their culture may be sympathetic to that type of cause, but that last part is hearsay I can’t back up at all.
Regardless of your cynical speculation, CSIS job is to collect information, not to make arrests.
Damn, if only we could figure out who (smöl PP) was stoking these fires.
He actually is small
175cm tall
5’8" is small? I think that’s pretty average. Looked it up, the average for Canadian males is 178cm. Just saying.

This is the best summary I could come up with:
“CSIS assesses that exposure to groups and individuals espousing anti-gender extremist rhetoric could inspire and encourage serious violence against the 2SLGBTQI+ community, or against those who are viewed as supporters of pro-gender ideology policies and events,” he said.
ITAC, made up of intelligence authorities, is set up to keep tabs on threat actors’ intentions and capabilities and to review classified and open-source information to estimate the likelihood of a terrorist attack in Canada.
“Anti-2SLGBTQl+ narratives remain a common theme in violent rhetoric espoused by white nationalists, neo-Nazis, the Freedom Movement, and networks such as Diagolon and QAnon.”
The issue most recently reared its head in Alberta, where Premier Danielle Smith announced plans to implement a suite of policies affecting transgender and non-binary youth and adults.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has suggested Smith’s proposals will aggravate mental health issues and suicidal ideation among young people struggling with gender dysphoria.
Advocates for transgender youth have threatened legal action, while the head of the Alberta-based Parents for Choice in Education group called the announcement “reasonable” but said the organization wants to see Smith go further.
The original article contains 818 words, the summary contains 176 words. Saved 78%. I’m a bot and I’m open source!

Someone knows that, if she doesn’t keep the two-minutes-hate going, people will notice how much she and her backers are stealing from their wallets.
