      I live in a non-prohibition state, so haven’t thought about the fact that there are still prohibition states for years.

    Does the federal government typically charge many people with simple possession, attempted simple possession, or use though? Most of those charges would be state and thus unpardonable. Like, don’t get me wrong it’s cool and all and a good thing, but it’s more performative than actually effective.

    Thanks for the preventative pardon anyway, I guess.

      I’m guessing those charges happened a lot in D.C. before decriminalization. Which is just another reason why D.C. should be a state.
