I’m not much of a bread guy, but figured i would give some brötchen a go! My currywurst is pretty lackluster, but the brötchen is awesome! I added about a teaspoon of ground mustard to it to give it a bit extra German umf and i am incredibly happy with it! The beer is Frankenmuth Oktoberfest out of Frankenmuth ❌ichigan. The stein is from Twin Oast Brewery out Catawba Island Ohio. Their Oastoberfest is my favorite Oktoberfest around here and I have been going for several years now.
