They broke it shortly after Musk took over and private circle tweets became searchable and thus not private. So folks started to stop using it anyway.
I really think it’s a shame because it IS a fix to a major problem with Twitter. But it never caught on the way I thought it would.
The enshittification continues, not that I cared about Twitter before it was X, but the fact that such a massive social media with all this weight is going down only because of the actions of a moron who has enough money to buy it leaves a path for a sad future.
