I don’t wanna yuck your yum, but aren’t nymphs categorically female?

I feel like there’s some low hanging fruit with sticking to the masculine counterpart. Satyrs were the bricked goatmen tryin to sex the nymphs, with some success. I’m thinking there’s a balls joke to be made combining “satyr” with “testicle” to get “satyricle” and it’s a satire post about balls.
