Looked up the original post and the guy seems to be a nazi with a big incel/misogynist followership. People asked about the meaning in the comments and only got really stupid answers so I guess there is no meaning, just incels hating.

Where i live, they are considered a sort of “white trash girl” type of tattoo. Not typically on the chest, that’s a new one, but typically on an ankle or above the buttcrack.
They tend to evolve into Karen’s as they age.
