His short-termist game plan will cost America dear
Trump doesn’t give a shit about America. Only his wallet.
at this point in his existence as a converter of oxygen into carbon dioxide, i don’t even think he really gives a shit about that anymore. sure, taking money is grand and all, but it’s in the back seat somewhere. it’s about power. about vengeance and revenge. about fucking over anyone and everything that opposes him in any way.
He doesn’t have a long term plan. He’s near death.

That would be America’s loss, the only time NATO was ever called to action was after the US got attacked on 9/11. So it’s not like the US is “protecting” Europe like he keeps whining, but I guess trump’s only knowledge about history is that you can’t put it in a sandwich.
It’s literally designed to make Ukraine dependent on the us military industrial complex. It took them forever to approve HIMARS, then the f-16s, because political red tape. Afaik, neither are bleeding edge, and designed more to encourage ‘hold the line’ strategies than ‘repel invaders’ ones. The drones seem to be the most effective, though with considerable shorter range and payload capacity. IANAME, any people more familiar with the topic?
If the Europeans get their act together, any result that reduces the us influence in these matters is a good thing IMO.
