You know this is fake. A real therapist would say:
“How does that make you feel?”
How do I know my therapist is real?
Because they asked about my feelings, obviously.
No, you think eating is tops?
“Hmm, maybe you’re right. Maybe I’m not good at second guessing.”
You’re right, I do them frequently but that doesn’t mean I’m good at them
