Gotta love how the factory lettering is just as bad as the ones the owner put on.
Yeah, what’s up with that? If anything, the custom ones look better.
Looks like he took the letters off and put them back on. Originally the lettering has a way tighter spacing.
And it’s originally actually straight…
And it’s only FRONTIER“Space the final” is perfectly alignedEdit: nvm i zoomed in
Nice, but also fuck cars. Is there a bicycle option for a more civilized age?
civilized age
This is dangerously close to a Star Wars quote
Oh, my bad, you are right. Can you offer a better choice of words?

Most people don’t need to tow a boat, and those that do only need to do so a minority of the time.
People should have the option to bike to where they need to. Instead everything is basically designed around cars being the only valid form of transportation.
Not to mention that you don’t need a massive obnoxious truck to tow a boat, which the previous commenter most likely also thinks.

Okay, those people have cars available to them.
But they should have a safe means of biking.
I for one tow probably 20 weekends a year
And your use case/case is in the minority.

I don’t understand what you’re trying to say.
Depends. Rowboat? No problem.

When our species develops a philosophy without the need for accumulation of wealth, a inflatable kayak will do and can be easily transported by biclycle.

You don’t need a truck to tow a boat either, especially not a big one. Probably nearly any motor vehicle could tow the majority of boats that are being towed, not that most people who own a truck are toeing boats and not that boats are being towed often anyway. Just rent something the one day a year you take the boat out if you need to. It’ll save you money in the end.

Anyone else notice the clever license plate. “Beam me up”
I thought that was what I was supposed to notice.
Look at the left side of the truck
Whoa dual taillights. Nice.
Just rent a car from Enterprise, much less of a sacrifice than buying a fucking Nissan pickup
My other truck is a Galaxy Class.
The VQ40DE engine they put in the 2005-2019 models is a great engine. The RE5R05A transmission is solid as well. If you get one make sure it’s either past 2008 I think or the radiator has been replaced. The stock radiators had a flaw where it would make strawberry milk by mixing your coolant and transmission fluid usually around 100k miles.
I do love strawberry milk, thanks for the tip!!!
The Gen 3 tundras have the coolant to trans fluid heat exchanger on the right side of the tranny where the thermostat for the tranny fluid is located. Keep that in Mind.
I have a 2013. It gets shit gas mileage but I’ve never had any problems other than normal consumable parts.
It’s a truck, of course it gets shit gas mileage lol
I do wish they’d bring back the small trucks that we had in the 80sRemoved by mod
@ShittyRedditWasBetter the 1990 f150 had a 7500lb towing capacity? The Chevy Colorado gets a ton and a half, my CRV has over a three quarter ton https://www.edmunds.com/ford/f-150/1990/features-specs/

Happy to know some trekky out their is living their dream job.
This is awesome and I want to be friends with the owner so bad. No one in my friend group likes Trek
Fuck Nissan.
I do like this though.
Someone bought a Nissan with a CVT
Nissan subjected us to having to share the road with Nissan drivers.
