That is the before shot, this is after.
That close to the edge in the first photo makes me uneasy. Beyond that it looks damn good.
It is actually around 2/3 on the shelf but the angle was odd so it looks precarious.
I too like to play “balance the meat”. I see you’re at the winter level.
It’s just the angle of the photo. The bbq is level, the shelf is solid metal. I chipped away all the frozen ice under to make sure it was flat before I preheated ceramics.
