So what I’m hearing here is that Cybertrucks should be vandalized indiscriminately en masse across the country as a form of protest.

This doesn’t hurt the oligarchs so it’s not equivalent. Not reporting crashes does help the oligarchs. For balance we need ot remove at least as much, to make the rest of us “whole” so to speak.
