The answer is a good one. “Thoughts and prayers” is already completely empty and requires no effort and does not really show anyone actually cares.

Meh yeah. While I “send good vibes”, I still say “Bless her heart” in a condescending way, give a “Bless you!” for a sneeze, etc. They’re just cultural memes. I don’t think it’s a big deal.
