Capitalism is about reaping reward from financial dealings, not just tossing money at things because you like them, and seeking nothing in return.

I’ll let you do some research before I even jump back into this 🙄 this isn’t even remotely correct. It’s a side effect, and a common mindset in capitalistic systems, but absolutely not the core of it.

It’s literally in the name. Capitalism is about acquiring capital. It’s about using that capital for your own gain.
It’s not just any system where money happens to exist.

I tipped $20. I haven’t drank alcohol for three days and smoked half as much as normal. Saved $20 minimum and thought I’d pass it on to a good cause.
