Assuming he’s willing to take a backup job, I can’t imagine some team doesn’t grab him. He’s better than most backups, it’s just whether or not they think he’d be bad for the locker room
Probably puts the nail in the Hooker rookie year campaign, but nonetheless a great backup for Goff and I’m excited we grabbed him.
I’m wondering if this has anything to do with the 9ers situation last year running out of QBs. Sudfield will likely be the QB3 that won’t burn a roster spot.
Seems pretty late into training camp. I feel like it’s going to be pretty difficult to beat out Sudfield who has 2 years in the system.
