Just wondering because I’m not sure yet myself. I’ve read that many of the core mechanics would be updated/changed even in the base game. Because of that I’m thinking about starting from the beginning.

yes. i got to the point of no return and didnt enter the bar because i found put i havebtons of side quests. so ill wait and start over
