    This should be an open-and-shut case. This school should just obviously not be funded by the public based on even a cursory reading of U.S. law.

    Unfortunately, in this climate, they’ll probably get double funding now.

      You don’t even need to go to Federal Law for this. It’s not legal under State Law or the State Constitution.

      There was a Christian academy that got started in the town I was living in, on one hand everyone of the target demographic were busy stroking themselves off at how it’s 100% privately owned and funded, and is so great because they don’t have to pay anything to go there because they can use public school vouchers to pay for it.

      This was prior to 2016 so double think has only gotten worse I’m sure.
