2% of the combined wealth of 75 million people is a whole fucking lot. One dude with as much money as 1.5 million average income millennials combined
When I was in middle school my brother was pissed at me so he replaced every piece of paper in all of my folders with pages of manga he ripped out of my one punch man book
Lol can’t think of a single western country that’s had an “honorable” war post 1945. The US army is unequivocally bad
Yea a lot of things are political that normies don’t consider to be, “non political” in the liberal sense of the term I guess, especially if they’re just trying to avoid communist posting
it also just straight up makes no sense. hexbear has had a queer majority long before federating with anyone. we were posting about being trans and gay for 3 years to trick who exactly?
If you wanna get away that bad https://lemmy.world is a pretty big instance that defederated from us
almost completely non-political: c/food, c/diy, c/gardening, c/tabletop, c/hobby, c/fashion, c/travel, c/mycology, c/gamedev, c/ttrpg, c/libre
90% non-political: c/music, c/movies, c/anime, c/earth, c/neurodiverse, c/cars, c/paganism, c/judaism, c/writing
usually non-political: c/games, c/fitness, c/art, c/science, c/philosophy, c/worldbuilding, c/languagelearning, c/vegan, c/poverty_finance
generally half or more non-political: c/technology, c/chat, c/urbanism, c/agriculture, c/maritime, c/finance, c/christianity, c/ama, c/creepy, c/islam
Next she’ll tell her to go after Epstein’s old friends
Ah yes, we should liberate women by restricting their freedom to wear what they want to wear the western white knight is here to let Muslim women know they don’t know what they’re doing because they’re small-minded and brainwashed
Also, weird how you bring up burqas under an article that doesn’t mention burqas. And you make it sound like only far-leftists are against a burqa ban when most liberals/moderates tend to be too.
Tbh I just assumed almost no one here would like it cuz it’s like 2014 9gag stuff and our memes are very different

Ok I didn’t see that thread because I tend to look over some posts. I still think drawing attention to a post isn’t fully the same when we’re all one giant community of communities. I feel like you’re being a little over reactive to some terminally online people being argumentative and annoying you a bit. Maybe it is sort of a brigade tho.
you’re turning on your peers, whilst patting yourself on the back for being inclusive
Respectfully I feel like you’re doing this right now, wanting to separate from other trans folks just because the vocality of their beliefs is annoying you and a few of the people in this thread were rude. Unfortunately stuff like this is gonna happen if someone makes a post specifically about us, but in no other cases have we gone around dominating blahaj posts. I also don’t see how we’re “disrupting a safe and inclusive space” by giving our takes.
Wtf is with this dude’s hair and giant ass sideburns? He looks like a meatball that never showers, also, definitely a descendant of nazis
Is it possible to defederate from specific communities within an instance, but still stay federated with that instance? I blocked the memes comm on lemmy but I feel like we shouldn’t see posts from there and other lame comms in the first place.
Also, it’d be cool to have a local only/meta community for us to make posts only we’d see
I’m sorry but I don’t understand how commenting under a post from an instance we’re federated with is considered brigading. It’s not like we’re posting about/linking to a separate space to infiltrate. Our communities are under the same umbrella, so this just shows up in our feed.
Are people from hexbear jumping into a discussion that should maybe primarily be reserved for blahaj? Maybe, but I think people just want to offer our side of things, and we honestly just don’t want the two biggest queer spaces in the fediverse breaking up because we’re often edgy and argumentative/passionate about leftist beliefs.
I also don’t think we’re derailing from anything or preventing you from having a defederation conservation among yourselves just because we leave replies.
Other way around, they’re basically a US satellite state if anything. Biden said it himself, “if there wasn’t an Israel we would have to invent one.”
Here’s a graph showing the countries that voted most closely in line with the US in the UN across the past couple decades:
The three dots behind Israel are former US Pacific Island territories that are currently US puppet states and officially give away much of their sovereignty to America under COFA. If you exclude those three, Israel aligns itself with America miles ahead of any other country.
