Are you sure about #3? I think technically the rule may be that if you’re over, the entire amount is dutiable
3·2 years agoOur experience is quite the opposite. Damage with YRC was few and far between compared to others like Estes or XPO
Before we moved to where we are now, I would use the lawnmower and it’s bagging function to pick up leaves. Slow process depending on how big the bag is and size of yard
Other options might be a pull behind sweeper, if you have a riding mower or atv
Not sure how big your yard is. If it’s small, maybe a corded blower and giant extension chord
