thank you. I was surprised that he wouldn’t endorse Harris, but he wants back in on the Middle East

It’s cheaper to eat out? How?! I work at a bakery in Germany and the bag for taking this away is more expensive than the water for washing a plate by far. Even if it’s standing room only, that’s not really something that needs pricing pressure, people will figure it out. We even have tax breaks for dining-in here, making it even cheaper comparatively, but that’s just because of the pandemic and is going to end soon.
I swear I do more than correct idioms, but I think you mean “cotton on,” which means to come to understand. To “cotton to” something is to come to like it. They’re bizarrely similar, so it’s easy to mistake.
Just fyi, it’s “wont to do”
I don’t know anything about tech, so please bear with your mom’s work friend (me) being ignorant about technology for a second.
I thought the whole issue with generative ai as it stands was that it’s equally confident in truth and nonsense, with no way to distinguish the two. Is there actually a way to get it to “remember” true things and not just make up things that seem like they could be true?
You love to see someone incriminate themselves while trying to suppress labor rights.
Is that what he was always showing people?
In their comment history, I see discussing exercise, talking about their (positive) social interaction with their community, and arguing (politely) about niche leftist issues. You may not like it, but this is the ideal lemmy lifestyle. Yours is a bunch of catty speculation at other people needing help because they disagree with you.
Sauerkraut and kimchi have B12
What happens in other people’s heads is not my business. Even if the imagined protagonist looks and acts like me, they’re not and I don’t have a single stake in it.

They’re treated like shit by patients and their experience will basically always be considered irrelevant if a brand new doctor disagrees (I get why, but it’s still gotta be irritating). I’d be rude too.
They were colonized by the British and essentially taxed through landlords above their ability to produce, but were allowed to support themselves on potatoes, which was okay (not really) until there was a blight damaging the potato crops, which brought on huge amounts of emigration and led to over a million people starving to death. Oof, I’m not good at this.

I looked it up and technically millet is a cereal! I cook 2 parts millet with one part frozen spinach (2/3 of standard water) and when it’s nearly cooked, I take the lid off and add tomato sauce, then top with cheese before serving. I sometimes add chia seeds as well, if it needs a little thickening up.
I also love chopped green onions, tomatoes, olives, and smoked tofu in bulgur (bloomed in broth)
The majority of porn with trans women is aggressively fetishized and dog-whistley to blatantly transphobic. I’m honestly not surprised that someone who consumes it is a transphobe.
I could see children deciding that this is how they get gun control laws.
I’m infinitely disappointed that the response was not: only if you’re going to lie during the interview
