There used to be some skill involved in getting search engines to give you the right results, these days not so much but originally you did have to inject the right kind of search terms and a lot of people couldn’t work that out.

Many years ago back before Google became so dominant I had a co-worker who could not get her head around the idea that you didn’t in fact have to ask a search engine in the form of a question with a question mark on the end. It used to be somewhat of a skill.

Work from home is the best. Apparently the office that I used to work in has been closed down and I’m not actually sure where in the town the new one is, so I couldn’t go into the office even if I wanted to.

People who say that sort of thing tend to be the sort of people who have the political awareness of a sloth. When you spend 15 seconds talking to them it becomes very apparent that they haven’t got a clue what they’re talking about.

I’ve never met anyone (non-American) who seriously expresses support for Trump who isn’t like that.

The problem with the Westminster system is it does rather assume that all the parties are equally competent. When you have one party that’s utterly useless, it doesn’t really work as it just gives a free pass to the other party to do whatever.

UK Labour are currently swinging all over the place and it’s impossible to work out where they stand on anything. The issue been the Tories are so completely incapable of holding them to account. They have apparently decided that they are not keen on Trump, so at least they finally work that out.

I’ve got a kid on the way and I’m going to have to start learning what all these programs are. All I can remember is Thomas the Tank Engine and Magic School Bus. I’m guessing they’re not on anymore.

There are of course other services.

The main one being hCAPTHCHA, which does have its own problems namely it being terribly inaccessible for anyone with vision problems and also it’s images are overly americanized but at least you’re not training some AI.

You could always move to Europe and fight the Russians in the inevitable third world war. Or go to Australia, but their government tend to be total dick heads.

Personally I’m thinking of moving to Antarctica, that seems nice and far away from everyone else.

It’s not an iPhone competitor. What’s the point in completing 2 devices which such different prices. The iPhone is 2x the price of this thing.

You lot need to cool it with the Linux versions, there is loads of them and it’s confusing. Why are there so many?
