I don’t really use much social media anymore. I switched to lemmy post the great Reddit purge (+ a generic interest in the concept of federation).

Lemmy (esp. blahaj.zone where I am) has become a great way for me to get anxious about the real world, so I just avoid opening all social media hahaha

My take away from this graph is that the older you get, the less damage you take from punching walls (except at 50 where the spell temporarily weakens)

So 1 becomes almost 3?
