The file is literally 2000 pixels wide by 9000 pixels tall… Just open the full size. Right click on ot, select “open image in new tab”. Then, even if it’s resized to screen height, you should see the magnifying glass cursor and be able to display the full size with a single click. It’s… the normal way of opening full size images pretty much everywhere…

Nope, the Hidden Step ability can be used multiple times (equal to the proficiency bonus), activated at the start of each round. With a bit of clever planning of his moves, he can totally pull this off. The description from Volo’s is obsolete, superseded by an updated one in Mordenkainen Presents.
