Oooo a new favorite song! I feel such powerful emotions listening to it.

Fast forward 2 weeks: I feel nothing.

Weird thing I noticed about music is that the more I enjoy a song when hearing it for the first time, the faster I get sick of it.

Often, the songs I don’t really like at first but start to like over time are the ones I can listen to longer (unless it’s so bad that it’s annoying).

There is a new band I discovered last week, and I like it so much, that I know for a fact that I will be tired of them in the close future XD

A friend recently asked me for a playlist or a channel of a genre of music I shared with him, so he could listen to it while working.

He was disappointed to learn that I’m the type of person listening to songs I like on repeat. Either one song or a short playlist. So I wasn’t helpful on this one.

Like, I especially love to cycle for a hundred kilometres or so, with the same selection of songs on repeat for multiple hours.

50 times? I’m at about 500 with my current favorite song and with every play I fear the day that it won’t make me feel anything 😭

I always try not to for this specific reason(at least for some songs)

Gotta get all those happy chemicals from that playlist i’m gonna listen to on Kissinger/Berlusconi death anniversary
