Protest = Jail time
Throwing rocks at Rishi Sunak = Jail time
It’s important to recognize opportunities when they present themselves.
It’s been pointed out to them many times that if they remove the right to protest people will just go to more extreme options. But they apparently don’t care so by all means throw rocks at him.
throwing rocks is valid protest
Israeli Occupation Forces have entered the chat
Now now you can protest things as long as they have been vetted and approved by the government.
“If your cause isn’t just enough to be granted a permit by the government, then you shouldn’t believe in it”
That’s just how free speech works
Free speech would be been allowed to protest about anything
True, but it’s the government who says you’re allowed to ;D
“Free speech” means freedom from consequences from the law, not necessarily from individuals who are allowed their own judgment accordingly
as you do
We don’t need Putin to ruin Europe, we can do that all by ourselves.
The UK isn’t Europe. Geographically it’s in Europe, but I think they’ve been drifting from the continent for a while now.
Yes I think I get what you mean, UK is no longer in the EU, and they want to go their own self destructive way, but unfortunately they are technically still a part of Europe, and they are regressing towards worse after Brexit. We may wish to denounce them as European, but unfortunately that’s just semantics and doesn’t solve the problem of Europe ruining itself. Just look at Hungary, Slovakia, Netherlands and Italy. Even Germany that has been a bastion of Democracy for 50 years, now has elected 78 right wing extremists AfD into their parlament.
Poland has regressed quite a bit too, but maybe they are changing a bit for the better now.
BoJo left a terrible wake
laughs in monarchy
Implying there was any democracy there in the first place lol
Their are two kinds of movements the government won’t try to oppress, the impotent and the reactionary.
welcome to democracy
